Refund policy

At Montclair, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, the watch must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original method of payment within several business days.

Montclair offers free shipping on all orders. However, return shipping costs are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Items showing signs of use may not be eligible for a full refund.
